Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patients' needs.

• Collaborate closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to the clinic’s policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their mental health conditions effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient responses and progress.

• Stay informed on recent research and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice.

• Uphold ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily focus on patients in a detoxification setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
