Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with older adults in a hospice care setting, many of whom may be facing complex emotional and psychological challenges during end-of-life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a recognized and accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
