Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on clients within a hospice context, where you will provide essential emotional and psychological support to individuals and their families during some of life’s most challenging times. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Connecticut.
