Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a client advocate, facilitating access to community resources and social services that can enhance overall well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and stability during challenging situations.

• Document client progress accurately and confidentially, maintaining comprehensive treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, ensuring coordinated and holistic care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with students and their families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A minimum of four years of relevant professional experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with peers.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to performance-based monthly productivity bonuses.
