Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a compassionate counselor who prefers a remote working arrangement while remaining fully integrated into our community health clinic's operations. With a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, you will have the flexibility to balance personal and professional responsibilities without compromising the quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing strong therapeutic alliances and maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to assess clients' progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuous support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with clinical and legal standards, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
