Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices to address various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans that promote recovery and well-being.

• Facilitate supportive counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention to assist clients in coping with immediate challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client interactions, treatment updates, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
