Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs and developmental challenges.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for enrolled families, ensuring these plans are tailored to each child's unique goals.

• Monitor and assess the progress of children, adjusting interventions to optimize outcomes and support family priorities.
\n
• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with strategies and resources to foster their child's development in natural settings.
\n
• Establish strong rapport and trust with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver meaningful instruction and support.
\n
• Document all interactions and interventions diligently to track progress and inform future practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve young children who experience disabilities or developmental delays, particularly during their crucial early years of growth. You will work directly with babies and toddlers, helping them develop vital skills including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities, as well as partnering with their families to enhance overall development and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Currently licensed by the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
\n
• A valid driver's license may be required for occasional in-person visits.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to diverse learning styles.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
