Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Black Rock, you will play a crucial role in providing psychotherapy services tailored to meet the individual needs of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of each patient and developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment approaches align with client preferences and clinical guidelines.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, facilitating continuity of care and effective treatment monitoring.

• Engaging in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that each patient receives well-coordinated and integrated care.

• Participating in periodic case consultations and peer-review meetings aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care provided to our clients.

Qualifications\n
