Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary duties will involve:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify individual patient needs and challenges in alignment with best practices.

• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solutions-focused interventions.

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions, using innovative therapeutic approaches tailored to client preferences and needs.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA compliance and other regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to ensure integrated and effective care.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies.
\n
• Offering resources and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, addressing community resources that can assist their recovery.

• Continually updating your knowledge of the latest developments in mental health care, ensuring incorporation of new findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your ability to empathize and connect with patients will be key in establishing rapport and facilitating their recovery journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a primary focus on delivering psychotherapy services to diverse client populations.

• Strong knowledge of solution-oriented psychotherapy techniques and their practical application.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with the latest evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience supervising interns or junior social workers is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
