Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with established best practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and effective care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss treatment plans and improve service delivery.

• Educate and support patients and families on mental health issues, resources, and treatment options, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to navigate their care journey.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
