Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments tailored to the needs of students, assisting them in addressing emotional, social, and financial barriers that may impact their education.

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions to students, focusing on various issues such as adjustment challenges, grief, anxiety, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated support plans that facilitate academic success and social adjustment.

• Coordinate with community organizations to arrange post-discharge services, ensuring students and their families have smooth transitions into external support systems.

• Provide families with emotional support, guidance, and resources related to educational and mental health decisions.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights on social work-related matters and help drive impactful initiatives.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering timely support to students and families during critical situations and emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
