Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Top Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments: You will evaluate students’ mental health challenges and design tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing therapy: Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and academic functioning, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral problems.

• Maintaining clinical documentation: Keep accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
