Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish effective treatment plans that address students' unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based strategies and therapeutic interventions tailored to the developmental stages of children and adolescents.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with agency standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create a supportive and enriching environment for students' mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
