Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic approaches designed to foster emotional well-being and recovery.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans aimed at achieving clients' specific goals and needs, regularly updating them as progress is made.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources and social services by navigating complex systems on their behalf.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to design and evaluate programs that enhance service delivery and address systemic issues.

• Engage in program development and grant reporting, contributing insights based on your clinical practice to support continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and apply culturally competent approaches in practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
