Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to comprehensively evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma, using established therapeutic techniques.

• Develop customized service plans tailored to each client's unique goals and objectives, ensuring practical steps toward meaningful outcomes.

• Advocate for the rights of clients, promoting access to necessary resources and addressing broader social justice issues to empower marginalized groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of our practice is on vulnerable populations facing mental health challenges, including individuals and families in crisis. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on mental health preferred.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
