Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services, addressing a range of psychological and emotional issues for students and their families.

• Advocate vigorously for clients to help them connect with necessary resources, including academic support, financial aid, housing services, and other social support systems.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, including suicidal ideation and severe trauma responses.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives, aimed at promoting mental wellness and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other federal and state guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and receive mentorship to continually enhance clinical practice and personal effectiveness.

In this role, you will primarily serve students in a school setting, including elementary through high school age. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
