Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, offering flexibility within the structure of either 4x10 or 5x8 work schedules, from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a supportive work culture that prioritizes work-life balance, allowing you to effectively meet the varying demands of your professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy in a remote setting, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather and assess clients’ social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment planning.

• Evaluate client needs and diagnose mental health conditions, including mood disorders, substance use, and trauma-related issues, within your scope of practice.

• Develop and coordinate tailored treatment plans that address clients' social and emotional needs while ensuring integration with educational goals.

• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health care and manage short-term crisis interventions effectively.

• Regularly assess and document treatment outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping that complies with established protocols.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, providing timely and responsive updates to clients and stakeholders as needed.

• Engage in professional development activities, including team meetings and supervision sessions, to enhance service delivery and maintain competence in best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse group of children, adolescents, and their families, focusing on those facing challenges such as behavioral issues, emotional distress, and trauma. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
