Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental status exams to assess psychological conditions and track any significant changes over time.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, progress reports, and individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism, using de-escalation techniques to provide immediate support and comfort to clients in emotional distress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nursing staff, case managers, and community resources, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic interventions based on client needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Maryland LCSW-C license, enabling independent clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
