Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, individual strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver individual, family, and group therapies, ensuring that treatment approaches are based on clients’ specific needs and preferences.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans incorporating measurable goals and interventions tailored to the hospice setting.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of clients’ needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk evaluations, and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, therapy groups, and support sessions to enhance client engagement and promote community support networks.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients navigating end-of-life challenges, which may include grief, loss, and existential concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus.
