Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans outlining specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients through shared experiences and learning.

• Collaborate with your treatment team in developing and executing client-centered care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure continuity of care and organizational compliance.

You will work primarily with individuals seeking mental health support in a hospice setting. Compensation and Benefits\n
