• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, clearly outlining goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to coordinate care and ensure effective follow-ups on treatment plans.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions that focus on skills development and emotional resilience.
