Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapies including individual, family, and group therapy to promote emotional and psychological well-being.

• Utilize treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to support client goals.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

• Provide crisis intervention, complete thorough risk assessments, and engage in safety planning when necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups for diverse client populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C).
