Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will be responsible for a variety of therapeutic and administrative tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to develop well-rounded treatment plans that address the multifaceted aspects of mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active LCSW license in good standing within the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical mental health services, especially to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnosis criteria, trauma-informed care principles, and crisis intervention techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our team members are well-compensated, with salaries ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
