Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapy methods to deliver individual, couples, and family therapy, focusing on clients' unique recovery journeys.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with team members and external providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to optimize client support and follow-up.

• Actively participate in clinical case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance professional development and service delivery.

• Assist clients in navigating community resources and advocacy systems, ensuring they have access to essential support services.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring client autonomy and dignity are at the forefront of all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our client base is diverse, representing various cultures and backgrounds, many of whom have been affected by systemic inequalities and trauma. Your ability to provide culturally responsive, inclusive therapeutic services will greatly impact their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications Required:\n

• Active LCSW license in California, in good standing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and knowledge in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.

• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Mandarin is highly desirable.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as SimplePractice or TherapyNotes, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
