Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ counseling needs and perform evaluations for substance abuse diagnoses using the DSM criteria.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the ASAM criteria, ensuring clients receive the appropriate level of care.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.
\n
• Document all counseling sessions, education services, client assessments, and follow-ups in meticulous detail within the client's clinical records.
\n
• Maintain a caseload efficiently while managing treatment planning duties and clinical charting.
\n
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to formulate crisis intervention strategies for clients facing critical issues.
\n
• Partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to uphold a structured therapeutic environment conducive to client healing and recovery.
\n
• Collaborate with support services and maintain communication with external referral sources, including legal and educational entities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders, specifically those with addiction and mental health issues. You will work closely with diverse populations, ensuring culturally competent approaches to care that resonate with the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active LCSW licensure in Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical judgment, therapeutic boundaries, and self-management.

• Strong organizational skills along with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Capacity to facilitate a therapeutic environment and support client-centered treatment.

• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
