Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ongoing clinical assessment and direct care to clients struggling with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders related to substance use, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients, cultivating trust and open communication to facilitate effective treatment.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that reflect the needs and goals of clients, ensuring access to necessary supportive services.

• Participate as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively with healthcare providers, case managers, and other social workers to improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions, documenting significant events and carrying out interventions as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
