Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual diagnostic interviews to assess clients' mental health needs accurately.

• Develop tailored service plans for clients that outline specific therapeutic goals and strategies.

• Provide high-quality clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy through telehealth platforms.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and placement assessments to explore clients' backgrounds and needs.

• Offer case management and recovery support services, keeping clients engaged and informed throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Consult with other clinical staff to determine effective treatment modalities and strategies to support clients' recovery.

• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with treatment communities, the probation department, and other relevant agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients needing various mental health services, particularly those undergoing detoxification and recovery. Understanding each client's unique circumstances, cultural background, and individual challenges will be essential in providing personalized, empathetic care that drives positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted clinical license (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing therapeutic counseling services.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and various therapeutic interventions to support recovery.
