Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and strengths, ensuring that each assessment is thorough and individualized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver counseling services tailored to each client’s needs.

• Coordinate and integrate care by collaborating with other healthcare providers and community resources to address clients’ holistic wellness.

• Act as an effective advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld while facilitating access to essential community resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress, and outcomes within electronic health records, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client portfolio will include individuals of varied backgrounds dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. You will work with both adults and adolescents, promoting resilience and recovery through evidence-based practices while respecting each client’s individual journey and cultural background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.
