Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each student’s unique challenges, employing a variety of evidence-based screening tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using metrics and feedback to adapt interventions that promote emotional well-being and academic success.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to meet diverse mental health needs.

• Facilitate both individual counseling sessions and group therapy workshops, assisting students in developing critical coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.

• Engage in active collaboration with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to ensure a holistic therapeutic approach.

• Provide crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals for higher-level care when necessary.

• Offer psychoeducation to students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
