Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient mental health status, employing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized care plans.

• Deliver outpatient therapeutic interventions, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Document all treatment records and clinical information timely and accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems, assuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to construct comprehensive treatment strategies that address identified needs and goals.

• Facilitate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and community resources or specialized treatment providers, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide mentorship and training to students and interns, fostering the next generation of social work professionals while enriching your own skills through shared learning opportunities.

Qualifications\n
