Key Responsibilities\n

As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to understand each student’s unique mental health needs and design comprehensive treatment plans that reflect empirical best practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach based on the individual’s situation and comfort level.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our organization's policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with educators, psychologists, and other practitioners to ensure each student receives coordinated care tailored to their needs.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews, fostering a spirit of continuous improvement and shared learning among staff.

• Provide education to students and families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing varying degrees of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health interventions, particularly in educational settings.

• Proven ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy techniques and demonstrate effectiveness in facilitating clients' progress.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with students and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000.
