Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' mental health histories, strengths, coping mechanisms, and needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure that clients receive well-coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
