Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based practices tailored to meet diverse mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encourage holistic recovery and long-term wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing skillful techniques to ensure their immediate safety.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, ensuring that all documentation processes are accurately followed.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, coordinating with other health professionals to wrap-around services that meet the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to continually improve service delivery and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Many clients present with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role directly impacts their ability to achieve stability and growth in their lives through effective counseling interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Demonstrable experience providing mental health services, preferably in telehealth settings.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate building rapport with a broad spectrum of clients.

• A commitment to cultural competence, ensuring that care is affirming and inclusive for all individuals.

• Ability to navigate challenges independently while also thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology.

• Specific training in trauma-informed care or evidence-based therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, children, or those with severe mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
