Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at providing holistic mental health care, including:

• Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate psychosocial assessments and guidelines for effective intervention.

• Conducting regular assessments of patient progress through standardized tools and methodologies while adjusting treatment approaches based on the individuals' evolving needs.

• Performing crisis intervention and offering immediate support for patients experiencing emotional or behavioral distress, thereby ensuring their safety and well-being during critical situations.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with healthcare professionals, including MDs and other therapists, to discuss patient progress, notable changes in condition, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Documenting clinical notes and progress reports accurately and promptly, adhering to departmental policies, ensuring compliance, and sustaining a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a direct impact on a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will provide tailored therapeutic support and interventions addressing a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
