Key Responsibilities\n

• Proactively identify and engage clients and communities in need of mental health support through outreach and referral processes.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and support systems to tailor individualized intervention plans.

• Provide therapeutic support for clients navigating significant life changes, such as coping with chronic illness, managing the effects of divorce, or recovering from unemployment.

• Research and refer clients to relevant community resources, including food security programs, childcare services, and healthcare options tailored to elevate their quality of life.
\n
• Create crisis intervention plans and respond promptly to emergencies, such as instances of child abuse or severe mental health crises.
\n
• Monitor client progress and make iterative assessments to guarantee ongoing support and adjustments as necessary, ensuring clients meet their personal goals.

• Maintain detailed and confidential case files, documenting client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role encompasses a diverse range of populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges, family distress, substance misuse, and various other life-altering circumstances. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.

• A current and active LCSW license issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Compensation and Benefits\n
