Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ unique social, emotional, and psychological needs, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and aspirations.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care to deliver effective mental health support.

• Engage in active advocacy for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services while addressing broader social justice issues that affect their well-being.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and advocacy groups, to enhance the range of services available to our clients.

• Develop and contribute to program initiatives by assisting in program evaluation, grant writing, and reporting, ensuring the ongoing evolution and effectiveness of our mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, trauma histories, and socio-economic hardships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
