Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment reviews.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 sessions per week, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and care.

• Deliver exemplary customer service by actively engaging with clients and adapting therapeutic strategies to meet individual needs, using creativity and current best practices.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical staff, family members, and educational personnel to enhance service coordination for clients, supporting their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
