Clear expectations (because transparency matters): Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 client sessions Provide consistent evening and/or weekend availability to accommodate school and family schedules Flexible scheduling once expectations are met Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs Burnout is real, and dealing with it isn’t just on you.
