We offer flexibility in caseloads, allowing you to select between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

Your key functions as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include:

• Delivering outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and short-term counseling tailored to individual, family, and group needs.

• Engaging in case management strategies and participating in Intensive Outpatient Programs, providing various therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, couples counseling, and stress management.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques to offer psychotherapy sessions and take part in clinical consultations to enhance team-based care.

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations in alignment with the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) standards under the supervision of seasoned psychologists.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the severity and urgency of client needs, including coordinating care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, reports, and correspondence, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

• A current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D license in the state of Kansas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited academic institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to enhance service delivery and clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
