Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, utilizing both face-to-face and telehealth formats.
\n
• Document sessions accurately, including clinical notes and treatment plan updates, in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, medical staff, and other team members to ensure comprehensive client support.
\n
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their overall mental health.

• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Village Behavioral Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, trauma, life transitions, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
