Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored individual therapy sessions that explore clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them to formulate coping strategies and actionable recovery plans.

• Treatment Planning Expertise: Collaboratively develop personalized and goal-driven treatment plans with clients, ensuring they reflect individual needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
