Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with couples and families in various therapeutic settings, conducting both joint and individual sessions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique challenges faced by families, such as alcohol abuse, conflicts, grief, and divorce adjustments.

• Managing therapy sessions that facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution strategies among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in overcoming personal and relational obstacles.

• Documenting progress in client files and collaborating with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications\n
