Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, including strengths, vulnerabilities, and areas that require focused support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans to address the specific mental health goals and therapeutic needs of each student.

• Actively collaborate with other mental health professionals, educators, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as required, equipping students with strategies for managing acute stressors and enhancing their coping abilities.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience among students.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with primarily include school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
