Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician, providing therapy and support to clients through both individual and group settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, followed by the development and implementation of personalized integrated care plans.

• Engage in brief, evidence-based screening processes and collaborate with other professionals to arrange more detailed assessments when necessary.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring that treatment plans are focused on presenting problems and adjusting services as required to meet evolving needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings to advance common goals and share insights that may improve client outcomes.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively, maintaining timely documentation and reports to track client progress and outcomes.

• Implement safety measures by identifying and reporting unsafe situations, ensuring a secure environment for clients.

• Assist in crisis intervention and provide mental health support during emergencies, acting decisively to address immediate needs.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring ongoing support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Our patient population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, requiring sensitivity to various cultural, social, and psychological factors that affect their mental health. You will facilitate access to the necessary treatments and services, fostering an environment of recovery and support tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Kansas.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, preferably in hospice or community health environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
