Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both virtual and community-based settings, providing assessments, counseling, and intervention for those with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, facilitating access to appropriate healthcare services and resources.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate more comprehensive assessments to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies.

• Provide brief, focused therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that services are client-driven and responsive to presenting problems.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to collaborate on care strategies and to uphold the organization’s commitment to excellence and ethical standards.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring all reports and data submissions are completed accurately and on time.

• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives, enhancing skills to better serve the community and improve client outcomes.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring that clients receive timely assistance during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, addressing complex emotional and psychological needs. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, reflecting a variety of cultures, traditions, and belief systems. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
