Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying their strengths, challenges, and resources to create tailored intervention strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Formulate and implement customized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client, integrating their feedback and goals into the therapeutic process.

• Work alongside the treatment team to ensure coordinated and client-centered care, engaging in case discussions and updates to optimize therapy outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services and safety planning as necessary, helping clients navigate acute mental health challenges with compassion and expertise.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring clarity and consistency in client care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily revolve around clients facing mental health challenges related to chronic illness and end-of-life care. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through a variety of psychological stresses and emotional struggles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
