Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, ensuring that each case is treated with the utmost respect and thoroughness.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
\n
• Develop and execute individualized service plans that target client-specific goals and objectives, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Act as a passionate advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to essential resources and support services while addressing broader social justice issues.

• Participate in program development, evaluation, and grant reporting efforts, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with external organizations, government agencies, and community volunteers to expand the reach and effectiveness of our services.

• Engage in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities to maintain best practices in mental health services and foster a supportive team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will primarily work with individuals and families facing significant mental health challenges, including trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. By utilizing trauma-informed care principles, our therapist will create a safe and trusting environment, encouraging open dialogue and holistic healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
