Our Community Health Clinic operates using a telehealth model, enabling counselors to provide services efficiently and effectively, reaching individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that foster positive outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on various mental health issues and substance use disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and those struggling with substance use disorders. Our clinic is dedicated to addressing the unique needs of each client, providing culturally competent care tailored to their backgrounds and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid clinical license to practice social work in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, with additional benefits including:
