Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Inner Growth Institute, you will:

• Conduct Clinical Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans using best practices and solution-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain Clinical Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical interactions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals in treatment planning and delivery, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in Case Consultations: Contribute to regular peer review and case discussions to promote collaborative learning, professional development, and improved care strategies.

• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and support to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health issues, effective treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of individuals impacted by various mental health challenges, particularly those in need of detox services and ongoing psychological support. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing complex issues and guiding patients toward recovery pathways that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a detox or substance use treatment setting.

• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication to improving others' lives is met with a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
