Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with patients to establish a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, tailoring treatment approaches to meet individual needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patients’ circumstances.

• Engage in regular meetings with patients to provide support, adjust treatment plans, and monitor progress over time.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to lead individual and group therapy sessions, aiming for actionable progress in patients’ mental health journeys.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialists as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

This role emphasizes working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
